Well if the dark half of the TT was at the top it could pass as a Pioneer PL-51. I have a feeling Toshiba did one similar too.

The only arm I can think of with "levitating bearings" is the original version of the Decca International which 'hovered' on opposed magnets.

The dark section at the bottom looks very Sony to me.

That ELP comp is one of the best sounding LP's I own. Don't know why I picked it up for £1 a few years back in Oxfam..no idea what TT it is maybe it ain't any particular brand just the artists impression..
