hi there pop-pickers !! can anybody out there advise me as to what would be a sensible & realistic price to ask for a pair of B&W Nautilus 801 speakers that are in showroom condition and are complete with all original packaging and also have spikes (which , i'm told , were extra)

I would imagine anywhere between 6 - 9 thousand pounds without amplification......I believe they were around 12 - 15 thousand a pair new.
Incredible speakers...they are used as monitors in serious studios for a reason.

I had a choice of these or a pair of active ATC's, I choose the ATC For their neutrality. You should pay about 4-5k for a 10 year old pair, and I think that's generous.
