Select the image size you want to post, Medium 800 will usually do it, and then right click the image and select Copy image URL from the the context menu. To insert the piccie click on the Insert Image button (follow the blue arrow in the pic below :) ), paste the link into the Insert Image text box then click OK and Bob's your mothers brother ;)

Ahh...i was doing the insert image (screen with blue arrow) on your post 1st and trying to get the URL thingy in but no avail, :scratch:
will try again the next time i am offloading stuff. :)
