Croft 25 help needed - potential idiot here!

Not sure if I’m doing something completely thick here but could do with some help. I’ve just installed a (brand new) Croft 25 and something is not right, it's behaving completely passively. The input selector is the only influence the pre has, the volume is completely by-passed, the mute has no impact and the pre doesn’t even need to be plugged in for the music to keep playing!

I have my DAC in to line 1 and line out to my power amp, any ideas? :scratch:

You need to go from the Main Out to get control of the gain.

Yes, it does sound suspiciously like you have connected to some kind of tape output, that would probably result in what you are experiencing :)
