JPW Passive Sub Doh!

I bought this some time ago and broke it down into parts. I had an idea to build speaker stands with a bass speaker in the bottom.

I noted all the connections down and now can't find my notebook (pillock)

To each 8" driver there's two sets of 4mm sockets one has a 220uf electrolytic cap across the sockets and the other a wound coil - I'm assuming the one with the coil is 'In' and the cap is 'Out' to the speakers.

Can anyone confirm that - would it hurt if I got them the wrong way if I 'tested' them?

The coil (inductor) will cut high frequncies to the sub drivers and the cap will cut out the lower ones you don't want fed out to the satellite speakers so I think you are guessing right.
