My friend is borrowing my Croft gear. Reason why I was using the Creek.
So, earlier today I dug out my old (RCA Version) Creek CAS4040 and had a good 3 hour listen. Have to say this amp is not bad, all I can say it was very musical and fun. But does lack some insight and sophistication.
I was using the Creek with Mission 752 Freedom speakers, and an old Sony Playstation 1 as the CD Player. But I'm wondering if the Missions are an overkill for the Creek? I must remember the creek is a budget amp.
