A cheap little pad to support things like dacs, phono stages or anything that may benefit from a bit of isolation.
A pair of sorbothane insoles available from sports shops.
Just cut them up and stick em under yer gear.
If it does nothing you've lost a tenner but ive found they work better than those little rubber feet that come stuck on the corners of most stuff.:)

Nice tip! I won't be looking for a second-hand pair though! ;)

Is it possible to get bigger ones that go under floor-standing speakers? I've seen them on ebay and they're expensive for what they are - £40 for 8. Is there anywhere I can get them cheaply?

Ooh.. Perfect! Many thanks.

I'm going to try them under my floorstanders, because I have a suspended floor and i don't really want to couple them as the entire floor vibrates! The current thinking is that isolating them, even if the speakers aren't rigid anymore, makes for an improvement in sound quality. And if it doesn't work, I can put the old feet back on and use them on my hi fi components instead.

Cute pooch by the way. Yours?
