Sheep are my kind of neighbors.

They're also rather partial to ménage à trois :eyebrows:

Beautiful shot Hamish!

Only comment would be to reduce the effect of the lower gradient filter, the bottom half of the frame is a lot darker/contrasty than the rest. Brighten it up a tad for balance.

Being very picky there :D

That was actually sort of my intention Ross, as I said I don't do this apt of thing vert often and I think I possibly over thought the pp. I wanted the hut in almost silhouette to make the image more dramatic...
My issue with it is actually the grad across the cloud that follows the line up the side of the hill ... I don't think it looks right at all .. I'm gonna have a bit more of a play I think, I have put my eizo screen back in the office after it being in the studio for a while and now remember just why I bought the thing... These issues with contrast etc just don't come up when using it ... ...

The mountain gradient looks like a cloud shadow, although its clear the cloud has been darkened. But I like that :)

Check this guy out for some (highly edited) inspirational stuff (lucky sod living there!):

Here's a recent photo taken at Knockhill BSB event, my first time taking/panning sports photography, Canon 5D Mk1 with Canon 28-105mm f/3.5;

Last night I bought a mint/boxed/used Canon 70-200 f/2.8 'L' USM (non IS), looking foreward to using it at a wedding tomorrow.

Nice picture, these bikes don't hang about even in the wet :eyebrows:

Looks like a Suzuki GSXR1000 to me, modified of course, i could be a mile out though as i'm not up to date :eyebrows:

I'd be more than happy with a picture like that given the circumstances :cool:
